My luggage was lost during a layover in Addis Ababa! ✈️
Flying with Ethiopian Airlines is usually fine, but this time my bags didn’t arrive, and I had nothing to wear for my meeting. I filed a claim with Auras. It involved a bit of paperwork (scanning baggage tags, etc.), but they actually compensated me for the delay. I bought new clothes and continued my trip. Most online insurances ignore African customers, but these guys responded. Respect
